Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health status using established diagnostic criteria and tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that accurately reflect each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices—to facilitate client progress in therapy.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Provide ongoing teletherapy sessions that are both accessible and effective for clients facing diverse challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and remain updated on mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. We are particularly invested in helping clients navigate significant life transitions and emotional struggles by providing compassionate and personalized care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team. Benefits include:
