Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual and couples therapy tailored to diverse client needs.

• Maintain detailed case notes and record all client interactions in a timely manner using our EMR system, ensuring accurate documentation essential for effective patient care.

• Manage ongoing client appointments, including scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management, to facilitate seamless client experiences.

• Effectively collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize patient treatment plans.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to continuously develop therapeutic skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients span a wide age range, and our focus extends to individuals and couples experiencing varied mental health challenges. Working primarily in a hospice center setting, our LCSW will encounter clients facing terminal illnesses and their families, necessitating a particular sensitivity and expertise in grief counseling and supportive therapies. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
