Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery journey.
• Engage in daily collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, discussing treatment strategies and progress to ensure cohesive care delivery across all disciplines.
• Provide personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions that focus on enhancing patients' functional abilities, including strength, balance, and mobility.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their ongoing needs and responses to therapy for improved outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery techniques, including appropriate exercises to be performed at home to reinforce rehabilitation efforts.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and treatment outcomes to facilitate seamless care transitions and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey is required.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program is mandatory (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Compensation and Benefits
