Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' individual needs, ensuring a tailored treatment approach.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your skills to stabilize and de-escalate situations as needed.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge of treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
