Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, articulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, helping clients who experience acute mental health crises, utilizing proven de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate, confidential treatment records, including progress notes and evaluation results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards set forth by mental health governing bodies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, therapeutic options, and community resources available, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, necessitating a culturally competent and individualized approach to therapy. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, recognized in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
