Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in ongoing professional development, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and continuously enhancing your therapeutic skills.

• Provide therapeutic services to clients, effectively communicating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when coordinating care.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to diligently document client progress and contribute to comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Attend regular team meetings and participate positively in case discussions and future planning initiatives.
\n
• Maintain adherence to ethical codes and New Narrative policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of care.
\n
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills, managing a caseload with varying degrees of complexity.
\n
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of service delivery by triaging tasks effectively and delegating when appropriate.
\n
• Provide resources and referrals to clients as needed, supporting their financial and social needs related to mental health.
\n
• Maintain current licensure as well as CPR and First Aid certifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with children and their families, providing critical mental health support to help them navigate challenges and promote resilience. You will work closely with clients experiencing a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to behavior challenges, tailoring your approach to suit their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD).

• An active, independent license to practice in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

• Commitment to ethical practice and a high standard of care.

• Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
