Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual or group therapy sessions, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. \n Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate patient needs and diagnose mental health conditions. \n Maintain and create detailed treatment logs and progress notes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. \n Design and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, regularly reassessing their effectiveness. \n Administer crisis interventions when necessary while offering support to clients and their families in acute situations. \n Facilitate referrals to specialized professionals or additional services when needed, ensuring clients receive holistic care. \n Develop and provide educational programs and resources to support patients and their families in understanding mental health challenges. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may present with a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Your ability to engage with clients empathically while recognizing their unique circumstances will be critical in fostering trust and promoting recovery. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will contribute significantly to enhancing each individual’s mental health and overall well-being. Qualifications\n \n A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. \n Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent (PsyD is also acceptable). \n A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in counseling practices. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. \n Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards. \n Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and clients. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, depending on experience and licensure. Additional compensation may include up to $2,000 in performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
