Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments based on evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at guiding clients towards improved mental health outcomes.

• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to empower clients on their journeys to mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethical practice.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care solutions.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment methodologies and ensure the efficacy of the services we provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundation in mental health.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
