Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to address the unique mental health needs of clients.

• Perform thorough assessments and psychological evaluations, including the use of standardized assessment tools to identify client concerns and diagnose mental health conditions.

• Collaboratively create comprehensive treatment plans that focus on fostering client strengths and addressing specific challenges, reviewing and adjusting these plans periodically to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, including conducting risk assessments for suicide, and coordinating emergency care if hospitalization is required.

• Engage with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to develop and coordinate holistic care strategies for patients and their families.

• Document client interactions, assessment outcomes, and treatment progress in an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in social work.

Your work will primarily focus on clients and families facing terminal illnesses or significant chronic health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
