Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance while still being an integral part of our caring and professional team. While the core work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. You will engage in a collaborative dynamic with your colleagues, participating in regular team meetings and case consultations via virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to identify patient needs and diagnose mental health conditions.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices suited to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused short-term therapy, effectively addressing patients' psychological and emotional needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops focused on topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and relationship skills.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating the ability to respond swiftly and compassionately during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active Mental Health Counselor licensure, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
