Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Document all patient interactions diligently, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while also monitoring treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population in their own homes, including older adults recovering from surgeries, individuals with chronic pain, and those seeking rehabilitation after injuries. Your role is crucial in supporting patients in regaining their independence and improving their quality of life through targeted physical rehabilitation programs designed to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state Physical Therapist license in California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a solid foundation in rehabilitation sciences.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating a wide variety of conditions affecting mobility and functionality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
