This full-time position is based onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Deltona, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in the rehabilitation facility, establishing personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and health conditions.
• Utilize a combination of therapeutic methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and cutting-edge equipment to facilitate pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Monitor and interpret patients' progress, documenting treatment outcomes and modifying plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and therapeutic success.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and self-management strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights to create a holistic approach to patient care.
• Stay informed on current trends and advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Flourish Life, you will work with a wide range of patients, from children to seniors, each presenting unique challenges and diagnoses. You will play a crucial role in rehabilitative care for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical interventions, neurological conditions, and mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
