Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, utilizing solution-focused techniques to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Implement recognized therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), crafting sessions that address specific patient needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with an interprofessional team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
