Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews. Develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, addressing the specific challenges and goals of each client. Lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and discuss client progress. Educate clients' families on mental health issues and recovery processes, facilitating better support mechanisms at home. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate and confidential client records. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele spanning various demographics and backgrounds. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and severe mental illnesses. Your expertise will be critical in helping clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, promoting both healing and empowerment as they navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications A valid license in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Specialized training or extensive hands‑on experience in mental health counseling is essential. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches for a range of mental health disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent clinical judgment. Preferred Experience Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. Prior experience working with underserved populations. Proficiency in culturally competent practice with diverse client groups. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
