Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of therapeutic services to students facing various mental health challenges. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough and compassionate clinical assessments to understand each student's mental health status and creating personalized treatment plans informed by best practices.

• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Collaborating closely with school staff, including teachers and administrators, as well as other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care and support the student's overall well-being.

• Engaging in regular case reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their healing journey.

• Staying current with the latest research and advances in mental health to continuously enhance your therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on children and adolescents within the school system, who are dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Understanding the unique pressures faced by students in an educational context will be crucial as you strive to create a safe and supportive environment for them.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specifically providing psychotherapy in a mental health setting.

• A deep understanding of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and the ability to implement them effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster building relationships with students and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
