Sales Development Representative (NYC)

How we work As an early employee, you’ll get to work directly with the CEO and early team to define and execute on tasks with high impact to Arpari and our growth. The Role Our current lead list is larger than we can deal with, so we are seeking a hungry and experienced sales professional to help us continue our rapid growth. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our NYC office. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating pipeline for our Account Executives by managing outbound campaigns, monitoring domain activity, and ensuring timely responses to prospect inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their sales career in SaaS and commercial real estate technology. You will have a unique opportunity to work across our business: interacting with many prospects every day, helping develop deep relationships with those customers as they become users while also having a front‑row seat and input into how we build our product. Working out of our office in Manhattan, you’ll be comfortable traveling regularly across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites to ensure we are top of mind for decision makers in our customers. Part of the compensation for this role will be a commission and you will have the ability to earn significant upside if you exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Monitor company domains and outbound email campaigns for engagement and deliverability Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound prospect emails Qualify leads and schedule intro calls and demos for Account Executives Research target accounts within the commercial real estate finance sector Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in our CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals What we're looking for The Ideal Candidate Will Have Or Bring The Following Be scrappy and creative: Highly motivated, able to overcome obstacles with determination or find new approaches. Be persistent: Willing to keep trying until you find the right contact and to send multiple follow‑up emails, call switchboards, or knock on doors if needed. Be metrics‑driven: Works in revenue‑focused environments, fact‑driven, excited by aligning compensation with impact, and comfortable pushing beyond targets. Work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, team‑based environment: entrepreneurial mindset, problem‑solver, independent thinker, full ownership of work, attention to detail, helpful teammate understanding best practices for building products and business. Experience: 3+ years selling to enterprises, SaaS and/or financial services preferred; track record of quota attainment; experience across the sales funnel; bonus if ex‑founder or previous early sales hire.
