Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, both in office and community settings, to assess and treat symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring accessibility to necessary services.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs, both through initial intake evaluations and ongoing check-ins.

• Create integrated care plans, facilitating communication between clients, family members, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team setting to enhance shared goals and improve overall service delivery.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies promptly when clients face emergency situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including client progress notes, treatment planning, and reports, following organizational policies and professional ethics.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness and collaborate with clients to create reliever outcomes, focusing on empowerment and choice.

• Participate in trainings, community outreach, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance personal skills and contribute to organizational success.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed during and after program hours to address urgent client matters.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
