Contract: Permanent Salary: $80,000 per year + great benefits The Dupont Circle is currently recruiting for an experienced Banquet Sous Chef to join the culinary team at our hotel in the heart of Washington DC. With an acclaimed restaurant and bar, The Dupont Circle hotel is a true culinary and social destination. The Pembroke serves superlative American‑French cuisine, while Doyle's flawless cocktails and terrace attract a cosmopolitan crowd. In addition, the hotel hosts a wide range of high‑profile events, private dining experiences, and banquets that showcase the same commitment to exceptional quality and service. The ideal candidate will take pride in leading banquet kitchen operations, supporting the delivery of high-quality food for conferences, weddings, and special events. They will enjoy developing young Chefs, working closely with the wider hotel team, and maintaining consistency and excellence across large‑scale service. Home to Pembroke Restaurant and Doyle Bar, the property also boasts almost 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
