Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, focusing on developing tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated and holistic support for clients, participating in case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and management to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies.

• Engage in active community outreach initiatives and educational programs, promoting mental health awareness and advocating for stigma reduction in various community settings.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Independent Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferred.
