Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and tailor individualized therapeutic strategies based on each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Deliver high-quality evidence-based therapies to various groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded and effective client care, aligning therapeutic interventions with medical and social support resources.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level. Additionally, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires.
