Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients per group to allow for meaningful engagement and in-depth work.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients navigate their mental health challenges and foster sustainable healing strategies.

• Participate in regular case discussions with colleagues to leverage collective expertise and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to maintain client engagement and confidentiality while providing high-quality care.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately in case management systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating complex mental health issues. Our clients come to us seeking compassionate support as they deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active, independently licensed credential (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).

• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week, with potential for 40 hours based on the position type (contract or W2).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for enhancing client outcomes.
