Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to integrate your personal life with your professional responsibilities. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will use secure telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort. Collaboration is key; you will work with a dedicated remote team of professionals to provide clients with comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients across a variety of backgrounds and mental health challenges, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments, academic resources, and evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create and maintain a comprehensive care strategy for clients.

• Document and maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate tracking of treatment progress.

You will engage with diverse populations, supporting various age groups and cultural backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic process and allows for tailored approaches that meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to practice as a mental health professional.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating an understanding of therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
