Als Sales Manager SCM (m/w/d) bringst du deine Ideen in unsere Go-To-Market-Strategie ein und entwickelst gemeinsam im Team neue Ansätze, um vielversprechende Opportunities zu generieren. erweiterst du eigenverantwortlich deine Vertriebspipeline und gewinnst neue Kunden für unsere Lösung myleo / dsc. entwickelst du Beziehungen zu deinen gewonnenen Kunden weiter und betreust unsere renommierten Bestandskunden kompetent. agierst du als echter „Trusted Advisor“ und Know-how-Träger entlang der gesamten Logistikprozesskette. analysierst du die Anforderungen und Ziele potenzieller Kunden, um ihnen passgenaue Lösungen aus unserem Portfolio zu präsentieren. erstellst du Angebote, führst Vertragsverhandlungen und koordinierst anschließend den Projektstart zusammen mit dem Team. Dein Profil Das bringst du mit Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Sales o. Ä. oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von SaaS-Lösungen, idealerweise im Supply Chain Umfeld Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien sowie in der Steuerung von Verkaufsprozessen Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität mit Erfahrung im aktiven Prospecting Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift Regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft zu Terminen vor Ort Das zeichnet dich persönlich aus Mit ausgeprägter Selbstmotivation und klarer Zielorientierung bringst du Themen nicht nur ins Rollen, sondern auch erfolgreich zum Abschluss. Du verstehst es, dich in andere hineinzuversetzen und schaffst so eine vertrauensvolle Basis für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.
