Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health issues, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, including support and psychoeducational groups, creating a safe space for individuals to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions tailored to address their specific challenges and aspirations.

• Assist clients during crisis situations by offering immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and implementing strategies for emergency intervention as needed.

• Stay current with industry developments by engaging in continuous professional education and participating in relevant training opportunities.

• Work cohesively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care for clients in a multidisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
