This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions through secure telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing your knowledge of different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and family systems therapy.

• Engage in active collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to deliver a comprehensive and coordinated care approach.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing evidence-based crisis management techniques.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The populations served may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other behavioral health challenges. Your role will enable you to apply your clinical skills in different contexts and foster cultural competence as you interact with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management proficiency to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in community mental health.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
