Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the patient’s circumstances.

• Participate in weekly consultations with psychotherapists and other professionals to discuss cases, gain insights, and enhance clinical skills.

• Implement and utilize feedback scales during each session to track client progress and outcomes, fostering an environment of collaborative improvement.

• Handle all documentation, scheduling, and billing processes in accordance with company policies, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.

• Engage proactively with both new and existing patients, supporting their self-improvement journey and addressing any concerns they may face.

• Supervise and mentor associate clinicians as needed, providing guidance and support to develop their clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field, such as clinical psychology, social work, or counseling.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• At least 2 years of experience providing direct mental health services in a clinical setting.

• Availability to schedule approximately 33 patient hours per week to maintain an active caseload, recognizing the variability of patient attendance.

• Commitment to attend weekly in-person consultations and engage in team activities that promote learning and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with evidence-based practices, digital outcomes tracking, and telehealth delivery is preferred. Familiarity with community health resources and a strong desire to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
