Homeboy Industries invites applications for a Licensed Youth Mental Health Therapist/Wellness Specialist. You will provide on-site psychotherapy, including individual treatment sessions, group work, crisis assessment, and advocacy, within a trauma-informed framework. The role requires a Master’s degree, licensure, and experience with at-risk youth or gang-affected populations; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
