Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Musculoskeletal Care Rehab Clinic, you will take on the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, particularly children, to identify their medical history and physical capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, while ensuring compliance with the clinic's treatment protocols.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress using SOAP notes, ensuring the care plans are adjusted as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on the physical therapy process, expected milestones, and potential challenges, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals within Ensembled Therapy to provide comprehensive care for patients receiving multiple services, enhancing coordinated treatment efforts.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Be adept in conducting both in-person evaluations and treatments as well as telehealth sessions, adapting as necessary based on clinical appropriateness.

Preferred Experience
