Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies
• Prescribe psychotropic medications, monitor efficacy, and adjust dosage in collaboration with patients
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services using a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring cohesive treatment strategies
• Educate patients and families on mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, assessing symptoms, therapy outcomes, and medication responses
• Conduct follow-up appointments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and address any patient concerns
• Engage in team meetings and case reviews to enhance knowledge and improve patient care protocols
