Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and collaboratively determine effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to ensure clients receive tailored support.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring that all aspects of clients’ care are addressed and integrated seamlessly.

• Deliver psychoeducation and support to clients’ families, engaging them in the recovery process and fostering an understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
