Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and evaluate treatment plans for timely discharge when suitable.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress notes, and relevant records.

• Utilize various psychotherapy modalities and interventions to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting a diverse outpatient population, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, as well as children and families requiring guidance and support. You will help clients navigate their individual circumstances while fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and scheduling, including familiarity with software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly in outpatient settings, to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Competence in delivering cultural competence and sensitivity in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
