Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering trust and building professional relationships that encourage open communication and constructive feedback.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, manage upcoming appointments, and provide timely discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' overall well-being and identify areas of focus for treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support clients effectively.

• Engage in individual supervision aimed at enhancing your clinical skills and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults and families seeking outpatient mental health support, which includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. You will be tasked with tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the varied needs of this diverse population, fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
\n
• You must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
\n
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after graduation.
\n
• Proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families is highly desirable.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments as part of the client onboarding process.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a collaborative clinical team environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. This position operates on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of client collections, ensuring financial stability for our clinicians.
