Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to stay aligned with best practices and treatment approaches.
• Educate and support clients and their families by providing information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
• Strong understanding and application of solution-based psychotherapy techniques to enhance individual care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience in an outpatient setting or working with specific populations such as individuals facing trauma, complex behavioral health issues, or those in crisis. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and documentation software will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
