Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical abilities, assessing muscle function, joint mobility, and potential physical limitations using established clinical techniques.

• Document clinical progress accurately and timely, including initial assessments, ongoing progress notes, and discharge summaries, for each patient's clinical record.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborative strategies to optimize patient care and address complex rehabilitation challenges.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about home exercise programs, mobility strategies, and the proper use of therapeutic devices.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies regarding documentation, patient care, and operational procedures.

This position primarily focuses on orthopedic patients who have undergone surgeries, sustained injuries, or manage chronic conditions related to bones, joints, and muscles. Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you should meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
