Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation adhering to regulatory standards, including electronic health records (EHR) management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care strategies.
• Conduct in-depth patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for chronic cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
• Monitor patient health through routine follow-up appointments, including diagnostic testing and heart function evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines, ensuring compliance and efficacy.
• Participate in patient education initiatives, providing resources and guidance on heart-healthy living, preventive care, and medication adherence.
• Engage in quality improvement projects and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
