Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, primarily focusing on home care services, allowing you to work directly in the environments where your patients feel most comfortable. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their movement limitations and pain levels, ensuring each evaluation is tailored to individual needs.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs that address specific recovery goals, integrating stretching, strengthening, and functional training.
• Guide patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and mobility in their daily lives.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques—such as joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation—to enhance function and alleviate discomfort.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect the patient's progress or changes in their condition while keeping open lines of communication with patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse patient population including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, and engaging in post-injury rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on patient care experience in various clinical settings.
• Comprehensive understanding and expertise in manual therapy methods.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working specifically in home care settings to build robust rapport with patients in their personal environments.
