Work Environment

The physical therapist position is located within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Hillsdale, NJ. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient movement limitations, pain levels, and functional performance using the latest assessment techniques.
• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance patient outcomes.'
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback to ensure optimal recovery pathways.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, for effective documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
