Work Environment\n

This full-time therapist position will primarily be remote, allowing for flexibility while fitting within a collaborative team structure. Our outpatient office emphasizes direct client interaction with the potential for occasional in-person sessions as required. The workweek is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to accommodate the varying needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess the needs of children and adolescents, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their emotional and psychological state.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or licensed psychologist within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting specializing in child and adolescent mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
