Key Responsibilities\n

Your everyday responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' histories and develop effective treatment plans.

• Creating and implementing personalized therapeutic strategies focused on trauma recovery and resilience building, tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that enable clients to process trauma, learn coping mechanisms, and promote their overall healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention for clients facing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and resources are available.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach toward clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
