You will work typical business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring work-life balance while effectively delivering services through telehealth methods. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies to support students in distress.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to create and implement comprehensive support plans for each student.

• Document all client interactions accurately and confidentially, adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Develop and facilitate workshops and resources that address common mental health challenges faced by students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents in the school system, each with unique backgrounds and challenges. You will work with diverse populations, understanding the intricacies of each student's needs, including those facing social, emotional, and academic difficulties. Building rapport and fostering trust within these young individuals is vital for their therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Prior experience of at least 2 years working in mental health counseling or a related field, particularly focused on youth.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent required within California.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical data management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
