Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with recovery-based principles, ensuring each client receives tailored care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to continuously evaluate clients' treatment needs and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Facilitate the development, monitoring, and execution of individual service plans in collaboration with clients.

• Provide guidance to clients in building essential skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication techniques.

• Educate clients about available community resources and act as a dedicated advocate in connecting them to appropriate services for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, while adhering to confidentiality standards and regulatory compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing mental health challenges that may impact their stability and independence. Your clinical services will address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more, facilitating recovery through personalized and empathetic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A current state license, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and competence in clinical decision-making.

• Clear record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
