Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to design and implement customized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and enhancing functional performance.
• Maintain an organized patient load to ensure sufficient time is dedicated to each individual, facilitating quality care.
• Utilize expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to guide patients toward achieving their treatment goals efficiently.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices while utilizing cost-effective treatment modalities to encourage natural recovery processes.
• Promote non-surgical approaches to patient care, reducing reliance on medications and enhancing recovery through physical rehabilitation.
• Develop and modify fitness and wellness programs to address the specific goals of each patient, including strength and conditioning training.
• Provide ongoing motivation and encouragement to patients, keeping them engaged and informed throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, adjusting plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment methods meticulously using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license in Florida with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrates proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to create effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patients.
• Adept at using EMR systems like Web PT for comprehensive documentation of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
