Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a defined caseload of students, conducting thorough evaluations to identify social, emotional, financial, and cultural factors affecting their well-being.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of students, leveraging various therapeutic modalities to promote effective psychosocial interventions.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and school staff to address complex life care issues, protective service matters, and advance directives effectively.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly to students and their families, assisting them in navigating challenging situations.

• Educate and empower families, caregivers, and community agencies, ensuring appropriate resources and referrals are in place for students to thrive.

• Supervise Social Work staff, MSWs, interns, and volunteers, providing guidance and formal weekly supervision in line with departmental needs.
\n
• Participate in team rounds and conferences to discuss patient progress and coordinate ongoing care.

• Remain responsive and available for on-call duties when necessary, supporting the team and addressing crises as they arise.
\n
• Maintain timely documentation and focused follow-through on treatment plans to ensure adherence to discharge dates and patient care expectations.

• Facilitate care coordination efforts for students requiring additional support post-discharge, liaising with relevant community agencies.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve school-aged children facing a range of psychosocial challenges. This may include students with behavioral issues, emotional distress, or those affected by family dynamics or socio-economic factors. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
