Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status during initial and ongoing sessions.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to foster engagement and promote healing.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare services, including psychiatric support, when necessary.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healing Garden, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. You will implement culturally sensitive strategies tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient, fostering an environment of trust and openness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and cultural competence in therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
