Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging participation, and cultivating a supportive environment for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing individual therapy sessions focused on personalized, empathetic counseling. You will help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, work through behavioral challenges, and develop effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans by setting realistic and meaningful goals tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring and evaluating clients' progress using various assessment tools and methodologies to ensure optimal treatment outcomes and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care, regularly communicating about client progress and consulting on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. This diverse age group has unique needs related to developmental transitions, identity exploration, academic pressures, and social relationships. You will play a vital role in addressing the specific issues they face, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A current and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience working with young adults in a telehealth setting or those who have developed specialized knowledge in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
