This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients through a reliable and user-friendly online counseling platform. We offer flexible scheduling options, including both full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time (5+ hours/week). Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video chat.

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Facilitating skill-building workshops to help clients enhance their coping mechanisms, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.

• Maintaining comprehensive, accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in a minimal and organized manner.

• Employing evidence-based practices to track treatment outcomes and adapt strategies to foster client growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around helping stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment issues. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward achieving their personal goals and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Possession of a current and unrestricted state license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently, without the need for supervision or oversight.
\n
• Evidence of no prior disciplinary actions that could affect license status.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for counseling.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based modalities are highly desirable. Familiarity with client management systems or counseling platforms can also provide an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Cultivate Serenity Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
