Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather patient histories and identify the most effective treatment plans.

• Designing and executing personalized treatment strategies aimed at trauma recovery and the enhancement of coping mechanisms.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that support patients in processing their trauma, developing resilience, and achieving emotional stability.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, integrated care for each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention services to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
