Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, stretching techniques, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and promote recovery.
• Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care and treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Regularly reassess and adjust therapeutic goals based on patient progress, modifying treatment plans to address changing patient needs.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective use of assistive devices and self-care techniques to enhance independence.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuous professional development, attending workshops, and engaging with professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide variety of patients ranging from children to older adults who may be facing challenges due to recent surgeries, injuries, or chronic health issues. This diverse clientele requires a flexible approach to therapy that is adaptable to different ages and medical conditions, ensuring care is tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory prior to starting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in word processing for documentation purposes.
• Demonstrated flexibility and agility to navigate unique patient scenarios.

Preferred Experience

• While 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, all motivated candidates including new graduates are encouraged to apply. Mentorship opportunities will be provided to facilitate growth and learning.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career development.
