Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans in coordination with their healthcare providers.
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions, ensuring evidence-based practices guide treatment choices. For instance, applying manual therapy techniques for pain relief and using therapeutic exercises to restore strength and mobility.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on techniques for post-treatment care, ensuring they understand their therapy goals and how to implement them effectively at home.
• Utilize technology and documentation software to track patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, actively listening to patients' concerns and adjusting care strategies accordingly.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and align with overall business objectives to ensure operational success while enhancing patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of physical therapy principles.
• Active State Licensure in Physical Therapy, confirming your qualifications to practice in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association indicating your readiness to handle emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in computer skills including word processing and electronic medical records to maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required, ideally in home health care or a related setting. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
