Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing their medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine their treatment needs effectively.
• Develop, explain, and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, setting achievable goals and providing clear communication throughout the process.
• Demonstrate proficiency in executing treatment protocols based on assessment findings while adapting interventions to meet evolving patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals as required, documenting any relevant changes in patients' conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring that all patient progress is well-documented and conveyed, including developing focused care plans and interim progress notes.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining a reliable schedule and actively participating in marketing initiatives to promote our services.
• Engage in department goal setting and adhere to compliance with all governmental and accreditation regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities, maintaining a commitment to occupational growth and supporting the learning of others by serving as a clinical instructor.
• Ensure excellent customer service and access to care for all patients by demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to their needs.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient access and experience, utilizing data to aid in improving operational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population comprising individuals of all ages, including those recovering from surgeries, athletic injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and neurological conditions. Our therapy approach is evidence-based and centered around tailoring treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive the highest quality rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for patients through rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing physical therapist is preferred but not mandatory, as we value fresh perspectives and dedication.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package that includes:
